Construction & Build:
  • Body Material: Constructed from thick, high-quality ply board/ stainless steel/ mild steel to ensure structural strength and durability.
  • Finish: Externally laminated with decorative Sunmica for aesthetic appeal and surface protection. Internally epoxy painted to provide a smooth, chemical-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface that resists microbial contamination.
Air Filtration System:
  • Equipped with a high-efficiency HEPA filter (High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter) that traps 99.97% of airborne particles ≥0.3 microns, ensuring an ultra-clean working environment.
  • Airflow Design:
    • 70% Air Recirculation: Ensures consistent clean air supply within the cabinet for contaminant-free operation.
    • 30% Air Exhaust: Safely expels a portion of the air through exhaust filters to maintain air quality and prevent accumulation of hazardous particles.
Illumination & Disinfection:
  • UV Light: Integrated germicidal ultraviolet lamp provides surface and air sterilization when the cabinet is not in active use.
  • Fluorescent Light: Provides bright and shadow-free illumination of the work area to facilitate precise and efficient operations.
Safety & Additional Features:
  • Virus Burnout Unit: Incorporates an advanced burnout mechanism for deactivating viral and microbial contaminants from exhaust air, enhancing operator and environmental safety.
