    • Inner chamber, outer chamber, and support ring made of stainless steel (SS 304).
    • Heater cover, stand, carrier/bucket, and top lid made of thick machined stainless steel.
    • All internal joints argon arc welded, ground, and polished for crevice-free internals.
    • Moulded joint-less silicon rubber gasket for leak-proof operation.
  • Lid & Safety:
    • Radial locking lid ensures safe and secure closure.
    • Equipped with pressure gauge, spring-loaded safety valve, double safety valve, manual exhaust valve, vacuum breaker, and water level indicator.
    • Drain valve facilitates easy chamber cleaning.
  • Electrical & Controls:
    • Miniature circuit breaker for mains ON/OFF and control panel safety.
    • Efficient heaters reduce power consumption.
  • Optional Semi-Automatic Features:
    • Automatic pressure control switch.
    • Automatic low water cut-off system.
    • Microprocessor-based digital temperature indicator/controller with set value, process valve, and digital timer.
