  • Floor-standing, fully enclosed automatic tissue processor designed for efficient, safe, and consistent tissue processing in histopathology laboratories.
  • Vacuum- and pressure-based processing system using xylene to ensure effective tissue penetration, clearing, and preparation for embedding.
  • Ergonomically designed control panel with foil-protected keyboard and LCD display showing all operating parameters such as program number, duration, date, time, and paraffin bath temperature.
  • Four reagent reservoirs, each with a capacity of 3 litres, for fixatives, alcohols, and clearing agents.
  • Three paraffin wax reservoirs, each of 3 litres capacity, ensuring uninterrupted wax infiltration with temperature control from 45 °C to 70 °C.
  • Integrated fume control system with provision for external alarm connection to enhance operational safety.
  • Processing delay option for flexible scheduling of tissue processing cycles.
  • Three cleaning reservoirs of 3 litres capacity for effective reagent and chamber cleaning, including paraffin cleaning.

  • Processing capacity of up to 200 cassettes, with the option to interrupt an automatic cycle for reloading or removing cassettes.

  • Auto-restart function, unlimited inbuilt memory log, and integrated level sensors for reagent filling and draining.
  • Option for remote fill and drain features, along with remote service support for real-time monitoring and assistance.
