It is designed for efficient and safe sterilization with a fully stainless-steel construction. The inner chamber, outer chamber, and support ring are made of high-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The lid, a thick machined stainless-steel plate with radial locking, ensures secure operation and user safety. The autoclave is equipped with essential safety devices including pressure gauge, spring-loaded and double safety valves, manual exhaust valve, vacuum breaker, and a water level indicator. Easy maintenance is enabled via a drain valve, while all internal joints are argon arc welded, ground, and polished to maintain a crevice-free interior. Energy-efficient heaters minimize power consumption.
