Technical Specifications

Construction:
- Inner chamber, jacket, outer chamber, and support ring made of stainless steel (SS 304).
- Heater cover, stand, carrier/bucket, and top lid made of thick machined stainless steel.
- All internal joints argon arc welded, ground, and polished for crevice-free, hygienic operation.
- Moulded, joint-less silicon rubber gasket for leak-proof sealing.
Lid & Safety:
- Radial locking lid for secure operation.
- Equipped with pressure gauge, spring-loaded safety valve, double safety valve, manual exhaust valve, vacuum breaker, and water level indicator.
- Drain valve for easy cleaning.
Electrical & Controls:
- Miniature circuit breaker for mains ON/OFF and control panel safety.
- Industrial-grade, energy-efficient heaters reduce power consumption.
