Technical Specifications

Construction:
- Inner chamber, outer chamber, and support ring made of stainless steel (SS 304).
- Heater cover, stand, carrier/bucket, and top lid made of thick machined stainless steel.
- All internal joints argon arc welded, ground, and polished for crevice-free internals.
- Moulded joint-less silicon rubber gasket for leak-proof operation.
Lid & Safety:
- Radial locking lid ensures safe and secure closure.
- Equipped with pressure gauge, spring-loaded safety valve, double safety valve, manual exhaust valve, vacuum breaker, and water level indicator.
- Drain valve facilitates easy chamber cleaning.
Electrical & Controls:
- Miniature circuit breaker for mains ON/OFF and control panel safety.
- Efficient heaters reduce power consumption.
Optional Semi-Automatic Features:
- Automatic pressure control switch.
- Automatic low water cut-off system.
- Microprocessor-based digital temperature indicator/controller with set value, process valve, and digital timer.
