The Horizontal Rectangular High-Pressure Autoclave is a fully stainless-steel sterilizer designed for efficient high-pressure sterilization. Its inner and outer chambers, steam jacket, and boiler are constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel with leak-proof argon arc welding. The space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is insulated with glass wool to minimize thermal losses, ensuring energy efficiency. Hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure, this autoclave ensures maximum safety for operating personnel. Advanced safety features, precise control systems, and convenient operation provide reliable and effective sterilization for laboratory and industrial applications.
