Technical Specifications

  1. Ratio Dial:
    • Single ratio dial with multiplying ranges: 100, 10, 1, 0.01
  2. Main Dial (Resistance Dial):
    • Resistance dial with table resistance of 12 Ω, divided into 10 equal steps of 0.1 Ω
  3. Circular Dial:
    • Circular scale in series with main dial
    • Table resistance of 0.1 Ω divided into 100 equal steps of 0.001 Ω
  4. Galvanometer:
    • Inbuilt galvanometer included
    • Terminals 81 & 2 provided for connecting an external galvanometer
    • Selector switch to choose between inbuilt or external galvanometer
  5. Press Key:
    • Double-point press key on panel to bring galvanometer and battery into the circuit
  6. Terminals:
    • Four terminals: C1, P1, C2, P2 for connecting the unknown resistance coil
    • C1, P1 form one pair; C2, P2 form another pair
    • C terminals are current terminals, P terminals are potential terminals
