Transilluminator (365 nm) is a laboratory instrument used to visualize and analyze nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) or proteins stained with fluorescent dyes under ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 365 nanometers. This device illuminates the sample from below, allowing the observation of fluorescent bands or spots on gels or thin-layer chromatography plates.
