The outer casing is made of powder-coated mild steel sheets.
Insulation consists of high alumina bricks.
Heating is provided by silicon carbide elements.
Temperature is regulated using a PID controller with an 8×16 step profile.
Equipped with an ‘R’ type PT-PT-RH thermocouple for temperature sensing.
Power control is managed by a thyristor drive circuit.
Heat is distributed uniformly inside the furnace.
Maximum operating temperature is 1350°C, with a design limit of 1400°C.
Operates on 220/230V or 430/440V AC at 50Hz.
Compatible with single-phase or three-phase power supply.
