MUFFLE FURNACE INDUSTRIAL TEMP. UP TO 1400°C
  • The outer casing is made of powder-coated mild steel sheets.
  • Insulation consists of high alumina bricks.
  • Heating is provided by silicon carbide elements.
  • Temperature is regulated using a PID controller with an 8×16 step profile.
  • Equipped with an ‘R’ type PT-PT-RH thermocouple for temperature sensing.
  • Power control is managed by a thyristor drive circuit.
  • Heat is distributed uniformly inside the furnace.
  • Maximum operating temperature is 1350°C, with a design limit of 1400°C.
  • Operates on 220/230V or 430/440V AC at 50Hz.
  • Compatible with single-phase or three-phase power supply.
