Technical Specifications

  • Photometer Head:
    • Finely crafted with imported optics and rigid fixing of all optical components.
    • Light from two sources falls on either side of a uniform white opaque screen, reflected by side reflectors (optical prisms) and passing through the Lummer–Brodhun cube.
    • Observing through a telescope, the two light intensities can be directly compared.
    • Compact head mounted on a swivel bracket to facilitate easy reversal of slides and alignment.
  • Lamp House:
    • Two lamp houses provided.
    • Each lamp encased in a metal housing, finished in optical black.
    • Supplied with cord & pin, suitable for standard laboratory use.
