The Horizontal Cylindrical Triple Walled High Pressure Autoclave is a fully stainless-steel sterilizer designed for high-efficiency sterilization under high-pressure conditions. The autoclave is engineered for durability, safety, and optimal thermal efficiency, making it ideal for laboratory and industrial sterilization applications. Its inner and outer chamber, steam jacket, and boiler are made of heavy-gauge stainless steel with leak-proof argon arc welding. The space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is filled with glass wool to minimize thermal losses. The system is hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure, ensuring maximum safety.

Flanged immersion-type heating element provides rapid pressure formation and is protected by a low water cut-off device.
Triple safety features – Piezo state automatic pressure control system, spring-loaded safety valve, and dead weight release valve.
Operates on 220/230V or 440V, 3-phase, 50Hz AC supply.
