An integrated alarm system notifies the user whenever attention is required.

The quality of the output depends on the quality of the inlet feed water. For high-purity, low-conductivity water, Quartz Water Distillation is recommended. All parameters are measured under standard test conditions.

Replaceable Silica-Sheathed (Quartz) Heater: Horizontal quartz jacket fitted with a removable silica heater and screw-threaded connectors for easy cleaning and scale removal.
Energy Efficiency: Recirculates cooling water from the condenser back into the boiling chamber to save energy.
Boiler Design: Equipped with a replaceable side-overflow for easy draining and cleaning, minimizing breakage risks.
Easy Access: Front cover is easily removable, providing simple access to glass parts.

Additional Safety & Convenience Features:

Gate Valve: Reduces cooling water wastage during power failures.
Flow Switch: Automatically shuts off the unit in case of cooling water failure.
Temperature Switch: Protects glass parts by turning off the heater if the water level falls too low.
Reservoir Level Sensor: Automatically switches the unit on/off based on the water level to save energy.
Optional Reservoirs: Available in 5 L, 10 L, or 20 L capacity, made of Borosilicate Glass or polypropylene at extra cost.
