Technical Specifications

  • Copper Calorimeters: Two calorimeters, 2” × 1”, used for conducting cooling experiments.
  • Trough & Outer Tank: Calorimeters rest inside a trough placed within an outer brass sheet tank for stability and thermal isolation.
  • Wooden Top: Fitted with two holes to accommodate thermometers (thermometers not included).
  • Stirrer: Supplied with a stirrer for uniform mixing of liquid in the calorimeters.
  • Purpose: Designed for studying Newton’s Law of Cooling and measuring cooling rates of liquids.
