This Disc Type Spherometer features a rust-proof stainless steel screw and legs, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. A fine-pitch screw passes through the center, acting as the fourth leg. The main pitch scale, marked in millimeters (10-0-10 mm), is fixed at right angles to the frame on a stainless steel strip. A circular scale divided into 100 (or sometimes 50) equal parts is attached to the screw head for precise readings.
