Technical Specifications

Construction & Build:
  • Fully fabricated from SS 304 stainless steel for excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and cleanroom compatibility.
  • Smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces suitable for sterile environments.
Filtration System:
  • Pre-filter (Suction Filter):
    • Made of stainless steel with 95% efficiency down to 5 microns, ideal for capturing larger particles before final filtration.
  • HEPA Supply Filter:
    • Aluminum-framed filter with 99.999% efficiency down to 0.01 micron, ensuring Class 100 air quality inside the chamber.
Door System:
  • Two side-access doors, each fitted with:
    • Tempered glass viewing windows
    • SS 304 handles and hinges for smooth, long-lasting use.
  • Electromagnetic Interlocking System:
    • Prevents both doors from opening simultaneously, avoiding contamination risk and maintaining pressure stability.
    • Controlled by a secure interlock guard system.
UV Sterilization:
  • Equipped with UV germicidal light for internal surface disinfection when the pass box is not in use.
