  1. Robust Double Wall Construction:
    • Inner chamber and shelves made from 5.5-grade stainless steel sheet for corrosion resistance and durability.
    • Outer body made of mild steel sheet, powder coated for long-lasting protection.
    • Mounted on castor wheels for easy movement and positioning.
  2. High-Performance Insulation:
    • Gap between the inner and outer walls is filled with high-grade glass wool or PUF insulation, effectively minimizing thermal loss and improving energy efficiency.
  3. Efficient Air Circulation:
    • Equipped with an air circulation fan to ensure uniform temperature and humidity throughout the chamber.
  4. Transparent Inner Door:
    • Acrylic inner door allows for clear viewing of the plant samples without disturbing the internal environment.
  5. Internal Illumination:
    • Fitted with fluorescent tube lighting, suitable for simulating daylight conditions needed for photosynthesis and plant growth.
  6. Refrigeration System:
    • Integrated refrigeration unit enables precise cooling, making the chamber suitable for both cold and warm growth conditions.
  7. Temperature Control:
    • Temperature Range: +5°C to 60°C.
    • Controlled by Microprocessor-based PID Digital Temperature Controller.
    • Accuracy: ±0.5°C (display) with system control within ±1°C.
  8. Humidity Control:
    • Fitted with an independent steam generator to provide controlled humidity.
    • Humidity Range: Ambient to 95% RH.
    • Control Accuracy: ±2% RH.
    • Includes low water level safety cutoff to prevent overheating and equipment damage.
